Hanoi's largest poultry eggs treatment plant to open next year

General Director of Ba Huan Limited Company Pham Thi Huan said the plant processing poultry eggs of this firm in Phuc Tho district, Hanoi will be officially put into operation in the end of January 2017.

This is good news for numerous farmers and consumers in the capital thanks to the plant's soon operation. The Ba Huan poultry eggs processing plant in the North (based in Hanoi's Phuc Tho district) will provide a large number of clean and hygiene eggs for local consumers.
Besides, the plant will purchase a huge number of eggs for livestock raising farmers in Hanoi and surrounding provinces.

Hanoi People’s Committee has called for the investment of Ba Huan for setting up this plant with a scale of 2 hectares, a total investment of over 5 million USD, the processing capacity of 65,000 eggs per hour.
Notably, egg handling equipment is 100% automation named Moba (the Netherlands), the world's leading in equipment handling poultry eggs. Egg handling process undergoes through a variety off stages such as egg washing, drying, UV disinfection, looking for damaged eggs, coating a protective layer of oil to prevent the penetration of bacteria from outside into eggs.
Finally, the equipment also prints labels and symbols for traceability of each egg and then weighing and canning products. With this procedure, eggs are processed and sterilized with international standards on food safety.
In addition, a cooling storage system is built in the plant, which used to transfer the processed items such as hot dogs and sausages from Ho Chi Minh City to the north.
The company also introduced salted and herbal eggs products that are produced according to the family recipe to serve the needs of northern consumers.
