Hanoi inaugurates the Ho Guom cultural information centre

The People `s Committee of Hoan Kiem district held a ceremony to open the Ho Guom cultural information centre on July 20. Deputy Chairman of Hanoi People`s Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung attended the event.

The centre is located at No 2 Le Thai To street, Hoan Kiem district. 
The three-storey building covers 242 metres with an open space, the first and two storeys are being used for exhibition and information searches and the top floor is dedicated to organising relevant workshops and seminars.

The centre will provide the public with information on Hoan Kiem lake, a special national heritage and popular destination in the capital city. 
Speaking at the event, Chairman of Hoan Kiem district Duong Duc Tuan said the operation of the centre will facilitate to further promote the values of the Hoan Kiem lake, the Old quarter of Hanoi, as well as develop the tourism and services in the district.
